Rural House for Large Groups, up to 20 Guests

Once a group grows past 10 or 12 people, booking separate hotel rooms stops making sense: everyone retreats to their own room and there is barely any shared space left. At La Tor de Montclar it works the other way round: renting the whole house gives the group three floors of roughly 150 m² each, with a living room, dining room and kitchen built for 15 or 20 people to share long meals, barbecues and evenings together without feeling cramped.

It's the usual choice for large family reunions, groups of friends, milestone birthdays or any occasion where what matters is everyone being together, rather than splitting the group across different accommodation or working around a hotel's schedule.

The house has 7 bedrooms, all en suite: 6 doubles and 1 triple, spread across the three floors of the farmhouse. One bedroom is adapted for reduced mobility. This layout makes it easy to organise a group sensibly: couples or siblings in the doubles, families with young children in the triple, and anyone who needs it in the adapted ground-floor room.

The house sleeps up to 20 people in total. If your group is smaller, you can still rent the whole house: the exclusive use doesn't change, only the number of bedrooms you actually fill.

The farmhouse has a heated indoor pool, available all year round, and an outdoor pool that opens for the summer season (from June). Outside, the garden, terrace, barbecue area and a fenced children's playground give the group plenty of room to split into different activities at the same time.

Indoors, the living room with its fireplace is the natural gathering point once it turns cold, and the fully equipped kitchen, together with a large dining room, lets the whole group cook and eat together without awkward shifts. The house has wifi and parking space for several vehicles.

The price of La Tor de Montclar is for the whole house, not per bedroom or per person: you rent the entire farmhouse, with its 7 bedrooms, pools, garden and communal spaces exclusively for your group. The base rate covers up to 15 people; from the 16th guest onward, a per-person supplement applies up to the maximum of 20.
