Why rent the whole house for your team
When a team moves to a hotel for a retreat, everyone retreats to their own room and shared areas are used by other guests too. At La Tor de Montclar it works the other way: the farmhouse is rented exclusively, so your team has the whole house to itself for the entire stay, from breakfast to the conversation that runs late after dinner.
The house has three floors of roughly 150 m² each, with a living room, dining room and kitchen designed for the group to spend time together, both during work sessions and downtime.

The farmhouse has 7 en-suite bedrooms (6 doubles and 1 triple), with total capacity for up to 20 people. That's enough for most teams to stay together under the same roof during the retreat, without splitting across nearby hotels.
Spaces to be together and spaces to switch off
The dining room and the living room with its fireplace are the largest communal spaces in the house: you can use them for the team's work sessions or simply for eating together. The fully equipped kitchen, together with a large dining room, lets the team cook for itself if you prefer, or bring in outside catering.
For downtime, the house has a garden, terrace and barbecue area, a games room with a pool table, table tennis and foosball, and a heated indoor pool available all year round (plus an outdoor pool in the summer season, from June). It's easy to move from working in the dining room to an afternoon by the pool or a round of table games without leaving the property.
Activities in the Berguedà area
Outside the farmhouse, Berguedà offers a mountain and nature setting that suits a hike or simply a walk through the pre-Pyrenean landscape surrounding Montclar as part of the retreat. We don't work with specific activity providers, but we can point you toward local options once you get in touch with your dates and your team's profile.
